Make elevation your religion and you shall reach infinity."

I would love to hear from you.
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga is a holistic movement practice with a focus on strength, flexibility and synchronized breath work (pranayama). In a hatha flow we explore several poses (asanas) and move through them gracefully, transitioning from one pose to the next. Each of my classes has a theme which is woven through the class. I usually make sure that we will have some giggles along the way.
I teach a gentle Hatha Yoga Flow every Sunday from 9:00 to 10:15am on country at Bellwood Park in Nambucca Heads. This fun outdoor class is my signature yoga class which I have been running for the last 5 years. It will connect you deeply to the land we live on - Gumbaynggirr jagun. The class is open to everyone and donation based. Suggested donation $10 to $20. No bookings required. Please bring your own yoga mat. I am looking forward to seeing you.

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini is a very special and dynamic yoga practice, which incorporates and synchronizes repetitive and oscillating movements in conjunction with strong breath work (pranayama) as well as sound vibration (mantra). This transformative practice will leave you highly invigorated and revitalized. It activates your prana (life force energy) quickly and powerfully. Please come and try Kundalini Yoga!
I am very excited to be offering a Kundalini Yoga based Mantra&Play workshop at the Australian Kundalini Yoga Festival in November 2025. If you are interested in Kundalini Yoga classes with me feel free to reach out and we can arrange for a private session or discuss other options. To join us at the Australian Kundalini Yoga Festival in the Byron Shire in November 2025 follow the link below. I can't wait to see you. Sat nam ♡

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a very gentle and restorative yoga practice with no focus on strength nor fitness. In these classes we hold the poses for a longer period of time (2 to 5 min) to activate the energetic flow through the body. Yin is taught in accordance with TCM and as such with a strong focus and the meridians and seasons.
I teach a gentle grounding yin class each Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:45 pm in my beautiful studio in Hyland Park. For this class bookings are essential due to limited space. All mats and props are provided. To book in for yin use the contact form.

AcroYoga
AcroYoga combines elements from yoga, acrobatics and the healing arts. It is a partner and community based practice where two or more people work together to create movements and sequences that involve subtle balances, weights shifts and strengths elements as well as clear non-violent communication and building trust. AcroYoga typically involves a base, a flyer and a spotter. In this constellation we learn to mutually support each other. AcroYoga is a great practice to build community and trust. It enhances teamwork and communication skills aside from building strength, flexibility and balance.
I am teaching a one week AcroYoga Immersion as part of the next CampCreative in Bellingen in January 2026. Half of the spots are already gone. I am looking forward to flying with you. For private sessions please reach out via the contact form.

Healing Ring of Tantra Full Moon Meditation
This is clearly one of the most special offerings you can find in the Nambucca Valley

In this powerful and joyful non-sexual White Tantric Full Moon Meditation we will harness collective healing energies of the full moon. The meditation requires a minimum of 11 people to form a circle, creating a healing ring, where the healing energy can be directed at someone at a distance or at a participant of the circle.
The energy created during The Healing Ring of Tantra meditation transcends time and space, repairs, restores, and preserves health on a cellular level, immersing participants in the radiant healing energy of the universe.
In our workshop we will open sacred space, open the body's energy channels (nadis) through gentle movement and breath work and set a preliminary healing intention. This meditation includes mantra/chanting to amplify the healing vibrations and will be followed by a gong bath to settle the energies deep into the cellular body
The Healing Ring of Tantra is considered a special and most potent practice within Kundalini Yoga, leveraging the combined power of group consciousness, lunar energy, and focused intention for healing purposes. White Tantric Meditations work in strict settings to activate their healing potentials. To find out more follow this link below:
