I can feel it in my body, I can feel it in my soul."
Nature - Connection - Play
Giinagay and namaste! I am Ilka and my small yoga studio is called Tall Trees Yoga. Tall Trees Yoga is located in Hyland Park on the beautiful Mid-North Coast of NSW on Gumbaynggirr Jagun nestled under some impressive tall trees. Here I passionately share my love for yoga, kirtan, bodywork as well as shamanic healing. I am a qualified senior yoga teacher with 14 years of teaching experience. I also hold a Masters Degree in Vocational and Tertiary Education. Through my playful nature I will help you connect with your inner child and most likely we will have some giggles together.
I am glad you're here and maybe you will become a part of my creation story. To find out more about me follow this link:

Community Kirtan @ The Hot Hub
Fri, 13 Mar 2026 | 6 pm to 7:30 pm
We are stoked to be hosting our second Community Kirtan at The Hot Hub in Nambucca Heads.
Kirtan is a heartfelt musical practice from Bhakti Yoga, often referred to as 'the yoga of sound'. In Kirtan we chant Mantra (sacred sound vibration) together as a group sometimes in a call-and-response style to lift our minds out of every day consciousness into a more elevated, blissful state of being. Chanting mantra together is a lot of fun and it is accessible for anyone. Please come and join us. Incredible musician and percussionist Tess (guitar) and myself (harmonium) will guide you through a beautiful selection of thoughtfully chosen mantras. This going to be fun.
To get your tickets use the booking link below. We can’t wait to see you and sing with you.
